CA Punkaj Sharma enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2012 and has the experience of more than 11 years in almost every face of the accounting and taxation profession. He has vast and extensive knowledge in the field of Income Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, Corporate Management and Planning.

He is  also been instrumental in setting-up the management consultancy, tax and business advisory functions of the firm, where his role offers advisory services to corporate in building effective India entry strategy and representing before Indian regulators.

He is also a sports enthusiast representing his District Ghaziabad & Greater Noida CA Cricket Association at various Levels State as well as National Levels.

CA JASVINDER SINGH ( FCA , BCOM )

Jasvinder Singh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012 His functional expertise includes Audit, Due diligence, Taxation, Financial Controllership, Treasury, Working capital management, GST and Accounting Operations. He has enriched knowledge and thorough understanding of various Indian laws and taxation system of India governed over by more than 1 decade of experience

Having passed Chartered Accountancy in 2012, Mr. Sorabh Sharma has been into profession for over 10 years now. His areas of specialisation includes Audit and Assurance, Income tax Consultancy and GST related matter

CA NISHANT BHARDWAJ (FCA , BCOM )

He qualified his CA in 2012. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Nishant has in-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis in diverse industries
He has expertise in handling assignments of various corporates from different verticals including, restaurant industry, Information Technology, E-commerce, Manufacturing etc. Furthermore, he has directed large teams on statutory and financial management assignments including funds management, corporate treasury reporting, and audits. He has brilliant exposure of providing virtual CFO/Finance Controller services in various companies

CA SHASHANK GARG ( ACA, BCOM )

He has more than 5 years of experience in financial planning. He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes and handling corporate affairs in different areas.
